By signing up to Fantasy Enduro (the game) you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Entry in the game is open to all persons (players) however local and federal laws in a player's region may have their own limitations or requirements, it is the responsibility of all players to understand laws that apply to them before signing up.   The sign up process includes the compulsory submission of personal data, this is a requirement of the game.

In the process of playing the game personal data such as IP address, account information and tracking cookies will be used to identify individuals for the use of marketing and game play.

There are no prizes.

Trade marks appear on this website. Unauthorised use of these trade marks will infringe the trade mark owner's intellectual property rights.

This website's owners, staff and administrators (Team Fantasy Enduro) are not responsible to you or anyone else for any loss suffered in connection with the use of this website or any of the content. This includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any computer virus or any other defect or error.

Further, Team Fantasy Enduro make no warranties or representations about this website or any of the content. We exclude, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability which may arise as a result of the use of this website, its content or the information on it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, any liability incurred by us in relation to the use of this website or the content is limited as provided under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Aust). We will never be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of the use of this website, including loss of business profits.

Team Fantasy Enduro will endeavour to ensure the reliability of the software, data and scoring systems, however Team Fantasy Enduro make no guarantees with this regard and cannot be held responsible for failures of any kind.

Offensive behaviour, attempts to hack or circumvent the game rules will result in instant deactivation of a player's account.  Team Fantasy Enduro reserve the right to cancel the account of any player at any time without the opportunity for appeal. 

Contributions are made to our website over which we have no control. We make no representations about the accuracy of information contained in those contributions, nor should any contribution be construed as having received any endorsement or approval by Team Fantasy Enduro. We are not liable for the content contained in those contributions.
